Fountain Crest

Fountain crest truly gives you a family feel & a warm welcome. The food is immaculate, the house keeping staff here is very good at their jobs to maintain residents cleanliness. The Executive director of Fountain Crest is truthfully one of the most outgoing and helpful people I've ever met. Maintenance inside Fountain Crest is top tier aswell ANYTHING the residents or guests need help with it is quickly handled to the best of their ability. The activities for the residents is endless constant fun and good memories! If any seniors are looking for a community where they will feel accepted this should hands down be the first choice to look into it is in fact filled with all the different beautiful cultures and amazing people!

My mother was there for 2 1/2 years and they were the best!!! I loved the spacious rooms and friendly staff. I would have kept her there for the rest of her life, unfortunately she was mentally declining with Alzheimer's and I had to make a hard decision. Wished she was still there because the other ALF in Lehigh baker acted her in 6 weeks of having her and then basically told me if i did not have private duty every night and all weekend she couldn't come back. Poor thing spent 10 days in a behavior hospital. We have since found her an ALF in Cape Coral that is having no issues taking care of her. So long story short...if your loved ones are in Fountain Crest and need additional care, do not put them in LA ALF.

They truly treat my loved one like family :D 3 yrs ago when mom died, dad was lost without her. The Fountain Crest family took him in and now at 93 is truly living his best life.

We have a family member who moved here when it came time for her to sell her house since it had become too much for her. They have several options for room configurations that meets the needs of singles or couples. The facility itself is brand new and very well maintained. The staff is outstanding and so responsive to thr needs of the residents. The dining room serves all meals and the food is very good. There is an indoor swimming pool, a large community kitchen for those who would like to use it, a workout room, a theater, and lots of activities. Even better, my aunt was able to bring her small dog along. There were a lot of facilities to choose from in the greater Ft. Myers area, and even though this is a bit further out in Lehigh Acres, it was a great choice. She is very happy there.

Fountain Creat is a wonderful retirement community. My sister has lived there for 1 1/2 years and is very happy. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful, as well as professional. The grounds are beautiful. Food is delicious. Highly recommend!
