Her communication with families is thoughtful, transparent, and deeply compassionate, ensuring that loved ones feel both informed and comforted at every step of the journey. It is clear that her heart is fully invested in the residents’ happiness and in supporting their families with genuine care. The home itself is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, radiating warmth and comfort in every room. Vicky and her team are unfailingly responsive, ensuring that each resident is treated with dignity, patience, and heartfelt care. I cannot recommend A Loving Senior Care Home highly enough. We cannot express enough gratitude for the remarkable care provided by Maria at Country Living Senior Care during our beloved mother-in-law Helen's final moments. As a family, we saw countless challenges through Helen's journey, but Maria's compassionate nature and unwavering support made all the difference when it mattered most. From the moment we stepped into the facility, it was clear that Maria was a beacon of kindness and empathy. She took the time to know Helen, understanding her unique needs and preferences, which helped to create an environment that felt warm and familiar. With her warm, friendly, and knowledgeable demeanor, Maria truly made Helen, and the rest of our family, feel seen and valued, bringing comfort to all of us, during an incredibly difficult time. During those last precious days, Maria navigated the complexities of care with grace and expertise. She communicated openly with us, explaining what we could expect and answering our questions with patience. There were moments when words were unnecessary; Maria’s reassuring touch and attention to not only Helen, but our dad too, conveyed more than we could say. We had such a good experience at this care home. Even though our senior passed in October I can look back happy to know he was well cared for. Vicky was our caregiver and she has the biggest heart. Our senior was always clean, pressed and ready for his day. I appreciated that his hair was even brushed daily. We came from another facility that was giving little to no care so it was such a relief to see the level of care here. I felt like Vicky really cared for our senior and helped him through the stages of dying physically and emotionally. When you can’t take care of your senior you want them to have the care they deserve. Safety and comfort are not to be taken for granted and I will always be thankful for the care we received.
