Crofton Manor Inn

My family and I have been so impressed by the care, dedication, professionalism, and warmth demonstrated by the staff and management of Crofton Manor. My father has been living there for five years. He has made many friendships and has become very close to the Crofton team! Claudia and Amalia manage the home with special care and communicate speedily and clearly with us in the family and with doctors and careworkers. The food and medical care are excellent. The holiday and birthday celebrations are almost every week! The front desk is helpful and welcoming 24/7. We especially like that Crofton is located right next to 4th Street in Long Beach, so we can stroll easily to the café, restaurants, and Art Theater with Dad in his wheelchair, without stress and without renting a transport van. So happy we chose Crofton Manor!

My dad is currently at Crofton Manor Inn. This is the second time he has returned and we absolutely love it. The way the staff takes such good care of him is unmatched to any other facility. Everyone from the front office to the med room to all the nurses treat my dad so well. I’m so happy with this place and if I could recommend to put your loved one in a facility it would be Crofton Manor Inn.

My mother lived with our family for 18 years until she needed more help than we could provide. We found Crofton Manor and couldn't be more delighted. The team at Crofton Manor create a very home like environment. They are attentive to her needs and communicate with us often. Everyone is friendly and personable. My mother was nervous at first, but after a few days she was so happy to be with such wonderful people. It's been almost a year and all of us are delighted with Crofton Manor. We couldn't be happier with the care they provide and the friends she's made.

We are very fortunate to have found this place 10 years ago. Our family member has been there ever since and we are very grateful for the way they have cared for her during this time. Her levels of care have changed greatly over the years and Crofton has consistently risen and addressed whatever needs arose. The staff is exceptional and have been there a long time. They are qualified and attentive. They provide quality nursing and Med management, activities to engage residents, health management, financial and healthcare information to help reduce fraud and scams. They really care about their patients. This is evident from the top down as their management team is top notch. The nursing staff are caring, skilled, and qualified individuals who manage the residents many medications with accuracy and timeliness. The maintenance staff is amazing and always there to address any issues. The front desk staff is responsive and informative, housekeeping staff is great, and the dining room staff does an awesome job at providing excellent meals to all the residents. We are forever grateful to Crofton for taking care of our family member. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a residential care facility.

My 94 year old grandma was starting to get dementia and my mom just couldn't take care of her any longer. We we're so worried about her and where she would go until we found Crofton Manor. Claudia and the entire staff immediately made us feel calm and walked us through everything. Claudia is so knowledgeable about the process both with all the paperwork and documentation as well as what we and my grandma we're going through. Plus, the facility is wonderful and makes you feel like you're right at home. I highly recommend Crofton Manor and their entire team.
