My mother moved into Fatou’s adult family home with advancing Alzheimer’s. Alzheimer’s made mom angry and gave her hallucinations and delusions. Fatou took care of mom with an amazing understanding of what was happening to her. And though it wasn’t her job she took care of my sister and me as well. Mom’s room looked out at a tree and enjoyed occasionally seeing kids playing. The home was always clean and organized. Fatou’s staff has been kind and gracious and shouldered a tremendous job with my mom. I want to thank them and Fatou here directly. They have been the best partners I could have hoped for in this awful journey. I appreciate their support, and calm, and kindness. It has meant the world to us.

We feel so fortunate to have found PrimeCare Health. The owner, Fatou, and her care team have taken excellent care of our mother and provide frequent updates. Fatou is incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and supportive. She has helped our family navigate many aspects of our mother's care and planning. Our mother has a bright private room and the home is clean and friendly.
