Cadence at Rivergate

My mother is a resident at the Cadence of Rivergate. The Executive Director “Bobby Adkins” has a heart for each and everyone that is in the community. He treats them like he would want his loved ones to be treated and the staff is the same way. I appreciate each and everyone who is employed there. They do what they do because they truly care about the people. My sister passed away unexpectedly a couple weeks ago. The staff showed my mom so much love and concern for what she was going through. Of course they did their job, but they would stop by to check on her and give her their condolences taking that extra step not because they had to but because they do care. I believe the love they have shown my mom during this time has helped her through her loss. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, PLEASE check Cadence out. I don’t think you or your loved one will be disappointed.

Cadence reminds me of when we went on. Retreats except with an amazing staff to help you with all your needs. A Chef that is creative and amazing. An administrator that is passionate, dedicated to provide the best quality of care and a warm and inviting environment to live in. Many amenities to enjoy and to socialize.

Was most pleased with the facility Cadence of Rivergate. It was clean and smelled good. The staff was pleasant from the lady at the entrance to Lisa and the ones working with the residents in the lunch area. We are working with a limited budget and was able to work things out.

At Cadence, I've seen first hand the family atmosphere that I would want my family members to be a part of. There is a homie feel and a consistent group of caregivers that deliver excellent service in terms of nursing sanitation activities etc. They are very communicative with family and desire for all residents too enjoy life during this phase.

It appears to be awesome and all these things promised that they can do however they are not able to. They increase and change monthly charges without prior notification or permission. Personal belongings disappear way too often! The nurses seem to "forget" basic medical needs EVERYTIME we take my grandmother for the weekend. Check your statements often for discrepancies, there are more than one bill version we have received and neither were the same. No one can do explain Andy put it off on somebody else! 👎🏼
