Brookdale Mandeville

The facility and staff are amazing. I would recommend someone who needs living assistance strongly consider Brookdale. They take alot of the stress off the family knowing that your loved one is receiving the care they need. Brittany is amazing and very good at her job. She keeps the facility and family members up to date and communicates very well.

We are very impressed with Brookdale! It is a very personal atmosphere. All of the employees know my mother and take excellent care of her. Julie the director and Betty at the front desk are always ready to help with whatever is needed. My mother enjoys the meals in dining room and the social activities, especially Bingo and exercise. My mother's room is plenty large enough for her queen size bed and a sitting area for her recliner. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. My mother is very happy at Brookdale and so are we!

Brookdale Mandeville is a wonderful, upbeat community!! The leadership team is dedicated to their residents, fun and energetic, and you can tell they love what they do. Brookdale is a great choice for you or your loved ones looking for independent living, assisted living or memory care.

Brookdale Assisted Living is invested in their residents and strives to make them happy and comfortable. Their Executive Director, Joan, is on top of things and is very engaged to provide the best for their residents. If you're looking for a great place for your loved one, would highly recommend.

Clean, safe, and well cared for facility. Staff is kind and caring. Office staff is very attentive to needs and or concerns. Non office staff does seem to change over frequently and new members could be introduced to residents to lower anxieties some elders have with familiarity. Dining is one experience many look forward to. The dining room is centrally located, beautifully appointed, and its staff is top notch, however the kitchen does need some help with culinary creativity, and overcooking. All in all a good experience for mom.
