My loved one has been at Ontario Estates for about a year and she loves living here. I know her favorite part is all the activities offered, activities director Tonya is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, the amount of time, her creativity, and her enthusiasm amaze me. The facility is decorated very classy for each holiday and each event that takes place there. Tonya thinks about each individual and the different personalities, to ensure that there are different options and activities for all walks of life. Tonya is loved by all the residents and their families that I have come in contact with. Tonya is a team player, I have seen her pitch in as an aide and help in the dining room when they have needed it. My family is very thankful for all that Tonya does.

If you are looking for a place for yourself or loved one, please consider Ontario Estates! The staff, whether it is nursing, managerial, office, food prep or housekeeping consists of some extraordinary people! The activities coordinator puts heart and soul into the events planned in an effort to accommodate all levels of participation. The atmosphere is cheerful and the large circular fireplace in the great room is so warm and cozy! I would like to have given 4 1/2 stars but couldn't figure out how! Like pretty much any business/service, there are always some issues that you may encounter that might not add up to your expectations; especially when dealing with a staff that is this large! Overall, however, I recommend OE wholeheartedly and I believe you or your loved one would find this to be a warm friendly place to call home!

Great facility. But the best part is the amount of activities there are for the residents. Activities director Tonya goes way above and beyond so the residents have activities and she does a wonderful job decorating for the holidays. She really loves her job and it shows so much. Thanks Tonya for all you do for your residents.

January 2024, placed my folks in assisted living. Thus far, it has been a pleasant experience with good food, activities, and interaction. Like a 5 star hotel for older folks! The center courtyard will be beautiful in the Spring. Hoping for a positive experience in the Sunset Years for my folks. God is good!

First off the aides were great. We had problems with one of the nurses and administration. The first night my mom was there they left her without a working call button. Throughout her stay her medication was not given correctly, and she deteriorated to the point that she was no longer able to feed herself. When we finally removed her, administration agreed that they would just charge him a room charge for 30 days, but then recently withdrew 5,500 dollars from his account even though my mom has not been there for over a month. This hellish experience lives on for my dad as they are still demanding that he pays this money. The experience not only declined my mother’s health but also my father’s health.
