Brookdale Mansfield

I just want to say that Brookdale is a good average assisted living, staff is friendly, easy to talk to. The food is about average. I would recommend Brookdale, being honest they just need to make some improvement. The environment is great once you become a part of the community, and get to know the residents and staff. The menu needs improvements, need more staff available, and rooms need to be more accessible for handicap residents. Overall the staff is great and it has been a good experience.

My wife’s grandmother was recently moved out of this facility. What we found was a room that had not been cleaned, roaches and dirty bathroom. This is in addition to dozens of pills all over that were hidden from the staff even though prescriptions should have been crushed prior to being administered. Please give this place a second thought before admitting your loved one. I have no gain in this negative review, only intentions of sparing families thousands of dollars for sub par care.

My husband and I are extremely grateful to the staff at Brookdale Mansfield. They truly truly care about him. They go out of their way to be his family and we are so blessed to have them take care of our beloved dad. They give us total peace of mind being in their care. The listen and truly are passionate about each the residents. The job they do is not easy and is much appreciated by our family!!!! If you have a loved one please bring them here. You will not regret it.

Brookdale Mansfield has met our expectations for my sister. The whole staff are always friendly, kind, gentle, helpful and mostly patient with not only the residents but the families who frequent the community. We are very happy to be part of the family of Brookdale Mansfield!

On March 3rd we made the move to an assisted living facility. Together we made this decision and it turns out to be the right choice. I spent time looking at various facilities in Mansfield and ended up with a top three to choose from. Looking at care plan costs, facility size and staffing, we chose Brookdale Mansfield . The facility is within walking distance to my home. The staff is friendly and attentive to Moms needs. The staff consists of many professionals with backgrounds in assisted living care. Always greeted with smiles and updates as needed. The meals are prepared well, hot and plenty to satisfy the appetite. Choices are available should the entree for the day not be desired. Building maintenance and upkeep is top notch. The maintenance person is probably the newest member of Brookdale and he shows to be a great fit. I appreciate the communications that exist to my own needs and concerns, immediately being addressed. Mom has made several new friends and enjoys her apartment lifestyle. If you are considering the many options of facilities out there, please make a visit to Brookdale Mansfield. I know you will be pleased.
