Heritage Pointe Senior Living

If you have to be in a home away from home, Heritage Point is where you want to be. They make you feel like family and in a short time they are. I do not know of any other place that care for the residents like they are still weather to be loved regardless their illnesses. The staff and residents will always remain in my heart!!!

The facility and staff are incredible here. Activities going on just about every day I think. My brother-in-law has improved so much since transferred there.

My parents have been living at Heritage Pointe Senior Living for about five years now. They were one of the first couples to move there when it first opened. They have been very satisfied with all aspects of Heritage Pointe. The staff has been wonderful! Everyone is treated like family. The fact that it’s a smaller community gives it a family-like feel anyway. The building manager goes out of her way to make sure that the residents are happy and taken care of. The food is delicious, the maintenance personnel are prompt and conscientious, the nurses are knowledgeable and friendly, and the kitchen staff is over-the-top accommodating. My parents feel like they are always treated with respect and any concerns are taken seriously and addressed in a reasonable manner. They feel that the size of their apartment is adequate and love the fact that they have their own washer and dryer! When our parents are happy and well cared for, we’re all happy!

Heritage Pointe has a warm welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always willing to go up and above. The residents always have fun activities to participate in. You just have to come check it out!
