Terrible management. They should not believe one person over the other just because the other person is new to the facility. If I new the ombudsman's number or the corporate office number i would deffinately put in a complaint and try and figure out why a med aid in memory care would lie to the RCC about me falling sleep when i did not. I did things, changed a resident, fed a resident in bed, cleaned off the tables, ask other caregivers. I stood around till their was something i can do, i was only supposed to shadow anyway. I did nothing wrong on my second day, im not signing some written counceling form saying i did something when i did not. Thanks oh and by the way i wittness the resident in memory care not getting peri care oh my should i have said something, wouldnt believe me anyway.

Brookdale Mcminnville City Center is a great community that is clean, compassionate and caring. The entire staff works well together and always greets everyone with a smile. The administrative and activities team does a great job planning, communicating and offering a wide array of enrichment and activities for residents daily.

My mother in-law has been at Brookdale for a year. She said she never wanted to be in a care facility, but very quickly charged her mind. The care givers have been great and she has made a lot of new friendships. She is treated well they take very good care of her.

My sisters and I are very thankful and grateful that Brookdale McMinnville City Center has cared for both our parents on a daily basis!! Anytime we have a problem or a concern about our parents they have been addressed to our satisfaction. We know they are short staffed at times… it is the same anywhere you go but our parents are still well cared for and they feel safe and for that we are so very grateful.

My husband has been here for almost 3 yrs. First 2+ were a nightmare. With persistence and people who are caring and intelligent moving into rolls that have now given a better life and a reason for enjoying every day. Caring staff is improving. entertainment improving. All directors are on board to improve all aspects of senior living. I am delighted.
