Governor's Pointe

It was a very hard, but necessary, decision to move my husband to a facility. Our family could not be more pleased with Governor's Point. The entire staff is exceptionally hard working and caring. I have never been to a facility that feels more like home. Our friends actually ask us, "How did you find this place? It is so nice!" A friend who's brother lives there is the person who recommended Governor's Point to our family. We would certainly recommend it to anyone who needs to be in an Assisted Living facility.

We hear horror stories of other assisted living places for loved ones & we are so glad we choose Governor's Pointe to help with our mother's daily needs. Our Mom enjoys the very friendly staff, creative events, activities & care she receives. We are very happy that she is being well taken care of per her medicines, bathing & well being. I highly recommend Governor's Point for anyone who is seeking cat for their parents or loved ones. My mother was very against going into any type of nursing home but once she got in there & settled, she loved the places. Clean, well trained staff and very communicative. I was very pleased with the treatment and care my mother received!

If you are looking for a great place for a loved one, Governor's Pointe is the best. Our mother has only been at Governor's Pointe for about two months and we don't have any complaints. After moving our mother for the third time, we have found a wonderful place in Mentor, Governor's Pointe. Everyone that works at Governor's Pointe is caring, kind and they really love what they do. Every since our mother has been at Governor's Pointe, our mother has met a lot of caregivers and employees that work at Governor's Pointe and she can't say enough good things about each one of them. Our mother is so happy to be at Governor's Pointe and we are also. Our mother said the food is great too and they also have many activities that the residents can participate in. They have Bingo, do crafts, go on field trips (lunch at Olive Garden or field trip to Walmart and many more) have a trivia time, exercise class and rosary as well as other activities. Can't thank all the employees at Governor's Pointe who make this place so wonderful!

My family and I are very pleased with our selection of Governor's Pointe for Mom's assisted living home. If searching for a similar place for your loved one, we highly recommend Governor's Pointe. We are confident that Mom is getting the best possible assisted living care in a clean, small, homey, residential environment. Governor's Pointe is well-managed by executives and administrators who participate also in the direct care of residents. It has a great ratio of competent and compassionate direct care staff and dedicated nurses who are long term employees. Turnover is low, which means the employees of Governor's Point are treated as well as the residents by executives and managers. Residents have superb physical, mental, emotional and social care. The activities program has been great for Mom, who is a shy person now very much involved in the activities' programs.
