Brookdale Baywood

I have been here a week now with my service dog and we absolutely LOVE IT HERE!!!! I can't say enough about how warm and welcoming the staff and residents have all been! Right away we were comfortable and felt safe in our new home. A feeling we haven't had at any of the other facilities. Already we have made new friends. The dog park is five times bigger than the tiny one he was used to so he is loving all the space he has right away. Miss Ellie helped tremendously when the old facility dropped the ball (she's really on her game and walks you through the entire process!) and so kind. The menu is the healthiest I've had in any facility I've ever seen. If you're looking for a great facility...stop looking and come take a tour here. I promise you won't regret it!

Our father has been a member of the Brookdale Baywood community for 4years. He has made many friends, enjoys their many activities, and wonderful food. Brookdale’s professional, competent and caring staff are stellar. We have to rely heavily on them since we live in another state. Brookdale cares for our father as if he were family. We trust Brookdale.

We just had Motheres Day dinner with our mom at Brookdale. The food was delicious and everyone there is so kind to our mom. Chef Bob went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We look forward tto more gatherings like this. Thank you for taking such good care of our mom. And, for making us feel so welcome.

Brookdale Baywood has been a very caring assisted living facility for my mom. My mom feels comfortable there. BB has followed up with any concerns I have had and quick to fix any issues if needed. They work well with our family. Very thankful I was able to find a nice place for my mom to be able to get the help she needed.

Brookdale Baywood was the worst experience of my lifetime, including Vietnam! They put me in a room, crawling with cockroaches, floor to ceiling. They were actually falling on me and in my bed! They actually kicked me out because I was attacked by another resident (that I intended just to talk to)! That was the best thing that happened to me. I can only say, that if you move to Brookdale Baywood, you won’t receive proper treatment, and who knows when another sewer line breaks?! They just stuck me in there and didn’t even try to get rid of the problem in my room. I can’t say anything good about the place... and management was completely biased to anyone who will kiss up to them…. Thank you.
