My parents moved into Tuscany Villa in September of last year and we have been so impressed with how hands on the staff is! The activities director- Christine is amazing and makes everyday fun for the residents. You will always see Executive director Carla, Colleen in sales and Olga in accounting helping at events, assisting the residents- very hands on. My parents had a problem with wifi working and they went the extra mile to get it fixed. Overall, this is a wonderful place for your loved one to live. It has lovely sitting area's, outdoor pool, courtyards and nice theater.

My mother has been a resident at Tuscany Villa for the last four months. I have gone to visit her almost every day and some times twice a day so I see first hand the excellent service Tuscany Villa is providing. My mom was welcomed by all of the staff and the residents. She has made so many friends! My mother lost her sight a year ago. When she came to Tuscany, the staff asked and learned how they could best meet my mother's needs at meals & transiting. Mom always has something scheduled to do everyday because the activities director is fabulous! The daily activities calendar is packed! These programs keep her mind & body busy. There are also activities that fulfill her spiritual faith. Also so many, many musical performances each month and entertainment at happy hour on Fridays! The caregivers are always welcoming and warm to me and mom. I am boots on the ground so I also see the caregivers treating the other residents with respect and kindness. Mom says the food is fabulous as well and she is now at a healthy weight. I didn't expect a Five Star Senior Living Community to fit our budget but Tuscany is affordable and top-notch!

Our team enjoyed touring the Villa of Tuscany in Naples, and it truly is a hidden gem! Although I've passed by the community hundreds of times, I never knew it was there. We were immediately impressed by the condo-type lifestyle it offers and the extensive health and wellness programs that prioritize residents' well-being. The location near downtown and the beach, plus the transportation options, make it ideal for residents staying connected to the community. Carla, Colleen, and their team have fostered a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that reflects a strong sense of community. The robust activities schedule and "Above and Beyond" program demonstrates their commitment to meeting each resident's needs. Stories of staff members like Sergio, the server, and Alicia, the housekeeper, resonated with me. As someone who has worried about my dad's well-being when I couldn't be there, I know firsthand the peace of mind that comes with knowing the staff treats your loved one like family. I was also pleased to learn about the Sagely app—I wish it had been available when my dad was a resident. The app generates real-time communication with families by sharing updates, pictures, and activities, offering an extra layer of reassurance. I highly recommend Villa of Tuscany for anyone seeking a lively, connected senior assisted living community with excellent care, medical convenience, and a prime location.

The Best Place We Possibly Could Have Picked!! Tuscany is a wonderful place. My mom has been at other senior assisted living centers, and this one by far is the best. The staff is wonderful, especially Milly De Diego who provides her with top-notch care for what my mom personally needs. I attribute her happiness to the whole team and the amazing support that she gets here. They have their very own award-winning chef who sincerely cares about the quality of the food served. My mom has many dining options; they offer a classic menu and custom options with every meal. They also have a weekly happy hour and many events where my mom can join her friends for beverages and appetizers! She loves it here. I would certainly recommend Tuscany to others!

We were visiting Tuscany Villas for my 93 year old sister-in-law. I was so impressed with the staff, the facility, the rooms and the food. They have so many stimulating experiences available for their clients. Their goals are our goals for our loved one.
