I have been the caregiver for a resident at the Cascades as of 2018. Since National Health Care Assoc. acquired the facility in June of 2024, the management here has been the best by far. I wholeheartedly agree with other reviewers that the environment is warm, clean, organized and the property is being beautifully maintained. Most importantly to me, from a management point of view, is that the execution of "Corporate" goals, etc., get "transitioned" to all staff. This is precisely what is happening under the leadership of Executive Director Kelsey Miller. This facility had two previous owners and Kelsey has been the best Executive Director by far. She "Listens". She goes the extra distance, considering all possible options to make your family members experience the best possible. This leadership doesn't end there but "does" transition through to all staff who have been excellent in their care and compassion toward residents and their families. First impressions are usually the most lasting. For me, that starts at the "front desk". I would be remiss if I didn't point out sisters Melissa and Michelle for their professional and courteous character, whether talking with you on the phone or in person as you enter the facility. Lastly, my 96-year young mother had a temporary stay at the Cascades from August 2024 to May 2025. Again, my thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their great care and compassion and to nurse Stephanie for working with me through any and all medical questions/issues I needed to discuss/understand. Kelsey, thank you for your leadership, the team behind you and the peace of mind you all have provided.
We placed my mother in law at Cascades in June. The care she receives is top notch. The staff is kind and caring and attentive to her needs. My mother in law has become a happier and more pleasant person who participates in all activities of which there are many. It is a hard decision to remove a family member from their home and independence but we know, without a doubt, this placement was a gift we truly needed.
My mom has been at the assisted living for about 3 weeks. I am so pleased with everything. Her studio is really nice. She loves it. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. My mom is busy all day and she tells me how happy she is. So glad we made the decision to give it a try.
I had a wonderful experience with The Cascades at Stone Bridge The environment is warm, clean, and very well organized. The staff is incredibly attentive, caring, and dedicated, always ready to help with a friendly smile. The personalized care they provide makes all the difference. They genuinely care about the physical and emotional well-being of the residents, creating a balanced routine of activities, leisure, and health care. The facilities are modern, safe, and comfortable, providing an environment where residents truly feel at home. The activity programs are also excellent, keeping everyone active and engaged. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy facility with a professional team and compassionate care.
If you choose to place a loved one in Stone Bridge’s care, I highly recommend you install security cameras in your loved one’s room. I’m glad we had one. Our footage has been turned over to authorities. We removed our loved one from that facility after three months as we found it quite dangerous.
