Evergreen Village Normal

My mom moved in February and her experience has been very positive! The caregivers are very kind to her. The nurse is extremely supportive and helpful. They filed all the paperwork to get her Medicaid approved. I feel very fortunate that she’s so well taken care of.

My father has lived at Evergreen for a year now. He has had such a positive experience while living there. He enjoys everyone of the team members that work there and is always raving about how good his meals are. I would give them 5+ stars over and over!!!!

My mom lived here for almost 10months. I wish she could have stayed longer. But her needs became greater. During her stay the staff was helpful, communicative, and incredibly kind. From the very beginning just touring the place, we were felt to be a priority. The facility itself is very clean. The food was very good. There are always regular activities going on. It is a true community. The nursing staff & CNA's were trustworthy. If I had to do it again, I would. I honestly will miss interacting with the staff, they became a part of my routine.

Evergreen Village is really a community and provides its residents with a safe and lovely home, a meal plan with choices, outings that provide new experiences for the residents as well as opportunities to interact with the larger community, personalized healthcare and transportation services to doctor's visits, and a staff that is qualified and attentive to the needs of residents and their families. My mother receives excellent care from all the staff working there. They make my Mom feels loved and cared for. Very clean and beautiful facilities. Very happy for my Mom to have such a nice place to be.
