⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Care and Compassionate Staff My mother, Lilia, has been receiving care in the dementia wing at Brookdale at Paddock Hills ALV, and I can’t say enough good things about this community. From day one, the staff has treated her with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. They go above and beyond to make sure she feels safe, comfortable, and loved every single day. The team truly understands the challenges that come with memory care, and they handle every situation with professionalism and compassion. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and filled with warmth — you can tell they care deeply about their residents. I’m especially grateful for the open communication and support they provide to families. Knowing my mother is in such good hands gives me tremendous peace of mind. Thank you, Brookdale at Paddock Hills, for giving my mom the dignity and quality of life she deserves. You’ve made a difficult journey much easier for our family, and we will always be grateful.

While looking for a place for my 91 year old sister who is moving from independent living to assisted living. We talked to Amanda and visited Brookdale Paddock Hills. We toured the facility and it was clean, well maintained and the staff just couldn't do enough to make sure we were well informed. I must say after calling many facilities during our search, Amanda and Brookdale Paddock stood out as the most pleasant, informative and Amanda was the only one that returned calls and did what she said she would when she said she would. I loved this facility and the staff unfortunately it is too far from our home to make daily visits to my sister.

Everyone was super friendly, helpful, caring, and understanding. Special shout out to Amanda, Jane’s, Collin & David; our lunch was delicious!

Great staff and great service. From the first time I visited to the day we needed to make the decision to get Dad into a safe environment. He and I were welcomed with open arms from the staff and the other clients already living there.

My grandmother has been a resident of Brookdale for six years now. She has always been well taken care of and loved. She is nonverbal, but loves to smile and wave at people. There is literally not a person in the facility that walks past her without acknowledging her. She is so happy and blessed to live in such a loving environment.
