Arden Courts of Parma

It's been a long process in locating a suitable facility for my mother. After several missteps, my mother moved into Arden Courts this year. Yes, the rooms are small, but the staff is excellent. I finally feel she's in a caring and engaging environment that meets her needs.

Best decision ever. Our mother lived at 2 assisted living facilities before needing memory care and we were used to feeling a little disappointed; hopes and expectations were never fully met. Arden is different. The staff's compassion, dedication and knowledge are evident in every interaction. The leadership team is professional, readily available and they seem truly invested in the work they do and the wellbeing of every resident. We've all been surprised at how our mom has participated in activities and developed connections with other residents. The staff knows how to help her through difficult periods. She compliments the food and snacks and enjoys the beautiful courtyard and walking paths. They really make an effort to meet the resident's personal preferences for food choices and preparation. Like most residents suffering from dementia, she was angry about the move and terribly confused but she told me this week "I like it here." Everyone in our family has taken comfort in her new home and we feel it is the best place she can be.

The staff and management at Arden Courts are wonderful!! The set up of the facility allows residents a very safe, spacious free range environment. There are always activities going on and it is wonderful to see even the residents helping each other. I'm so very glad we found a place my parents could truly call home and somewhere we could finally visit without constantly worrying about them and their care, as at previous places. Everyone from the management, every aide and nurse truly care and want to help. They are all so caring and the management immediately helps with any questions/needs or concerns. I can't say enough good things about Arden Courts of Parma. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs. They truly understand the challenges and go above and beyond to create a safe and comfortable environment. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend!

As somebody who frequents many assisted living and skilled nursing facilities for my job, I feel very confident in my ability to rate different facilities. Arden Courts Of Parma Is amazing!
