Inspiritas at Pensacola

I toured multiple memory care facilities in Pensacola and this one exceeds all others. The staff loves they do. The residents are cheerful and the caregivers/nurses/ OT/PT engage lovingly with the residents and their families. Its always difficult trusting others to care for you loved ones they way you do. I assure you, this facility goes above and beyond when it comes to dedication and love.

The older blonde nurse is absolutely nasty. She acts like she’s in a highschool setting. Telling other companies how to work. Horrible attitude!!

Truly some of the most compassionate, dedicated, and welcoming staff we've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Also don't believe we've come across a neater facility, either. Our extended family was also very happy to check this place out and loved to see that the staff more than regularly interacted with the residents, rather than just treat them like an obligation or a job to be fulfilled, which was amazing to see. We cannot recommend this community enough!!!

Moving our 97-year-old mom with dementia into Memory Care is the most difficult thing our family has ever had to do. We are thankful to Inspiritas of Pensacola for making a difficult situation as smooth as possible. Adam was wonderful and helped guide us through the process; he was very thorough, detailed and patient as he worked with us to get mom’s living arrangements set up. Fred, the Maintenance Director, helped us get mom’s cable tv set up in her room, he helped us hang curtains on her window and he securely taped down our rug to the floor so there would be no trip hazard in mom’s unit. The caregivers are all friendly, sweet to the residents, and very patient. Rosie at the reception desk will greet you with a friendly smile and make you feel welcome. Every person we encountered was kind, helpful and compassionate. We looked at several options before deciding on Inspiritas at Pensacola, and we are so happy with our choice. We know our mom is safe, comfortable, and being provided the best care possible. We thank everyone at Inspiritas at Pensacola for helping us make the most difficult family decision a lot easier.

It was difficult for our family to make the decision, to move our Mom from her home, but it was needed for her safety. Once we found inspiritas, took a tour and talked with the staff we knew this would be the best for our mom. We have found the transition to be a positive and our Mom is settling in nicely. This is a beautiful place that Mom can go home. The entire team has made this transition.very smooth and more comfortable than we would’ve ever expected. We would definitely recommend it to others who are seeking a loving environment for their loved one!
