From the moment I entered Atria, it was clear how much care and attention go into maintaining the community. Everything - from the atmosphere to the staff interactions - reflected a true commitment to residents’ well-being. Marcel, who gave me a tour, was simply outstanding. He took the time to understand my family member’s specific needs and patiently answered every question I had. I especially appreciated how responsive he was, promptly following up and even meeting with me on a weekend to accommodate my tight schedule for making arrangements. While we haven’t moved our family member in yet, the experience so far has been incredibly positive. The staff seem genuinely supportive, the building is beautiful, and the environment feels both warm and welcoming. I left feeling confident that Atria truly values the people they serve.
I'd highly recommend another option for your loved ones. Our loved ones have lived here over a year and we have frequent issues, from cable to even making sure automated rent is collected correctly. There are multiple problems that could be easier to put up with at somewhere cheaper but Atria costs so much money for pretty bare bones services. There are only two guest parking spots and only paid 2-hour parking all around, it makes it very hard to visit especially if you have children in tow. Our loved ones have to do weird maneuvers like grab ice cream at lunch just to have dessert after dinner because they always "run out" - how is a facility that costs nearly $20k a month running out of anything at all, especially small joys? For other services, once you start living here you realize how many "gotchas" there are that increase the cost. The cleaners apparently won't do the dishes or wash sheets (unless you use Atria's scratchy bedding), so our loved ones have to hire a private cleaning service on top of what was advertised as an included service. We were originally told internet services were included, but it turns out Atria is only paying for a connection that is too small to meet the needs of their facilities. To have any working connectivity, you'll have to pay for private connections as well. These are just a couple examples of a consistent pattern of Atria using the cheapest option they can. It feels very usary because our relatives need help advocating for themselves, and as time goes on they will have more trouble communicating these pain points.
I’ve been scouting out luxury senior living facilities for work, and I have to say—this place truly stands out in every way. The sales director is an absolute joy to work with. He and his team go above and beyond to ensure that your loved one feels valued, comfortable, and confident in their decision to transition to a new home. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and carries the fresh, welcoming scent of a well-maintained upscale hotel. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the environment and the people who live there. If you’re looking for a senior living community for someone you care about, I would absolutely recommend taking a tour here. It’s more than just a facility—it feels like a place where your loved one can truly feel at home
I recently moved my mom into an Atria Center City senior assisted living facility, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we started the process, the staff provided exceptional support, making the transition as smooth as possible. They took the time to understand my mom's needs and preferences, ensuring she felt comfortable and welcomed. The food service at Atria is excellent, offering a variety of nutritious and delicious meals that cater to different dietary requirements. My mom has enjoyed exploring the menu and appreciates the quality of the food. The move-in process was surprisingly easy, thanks to the staff's organization and assistance. They helped us with everything from paperwork to unpacking, which alleviated a lot of stress during this significant life change. Overall, I highly recommend Atria assisted living community. The combination of outstanding staff support, excellent food service, and a seamless move-in experience has made it a wonderful home for my mom.
My mom just moved to Atria’s Life Guidance neighborhood last fall after several years in the independent living part of the building. I wish she had moved earlier! She is eating well, having fun in the group activities, making new friends, and I haven’t been nearly as worried about falls, confusion, or isolation. Amanda, the director of Life Guidance, is friendly and a good communicator. Again, I wish we hadn’t delayed this move as long as we did.
