I was so very disappointed with Park Residences at Plano. My friend who lived there passed away. I live in Maryland she is Texas. I was told I had to be onsite to collect her belonging. I made two trips from the east coast down to Texas to discover the multitude of belongings and knew I needed a team and a truck. I was told I had to be present, so arranged to get all her belongings 11/30 along with a team to get everything loaded and leave the premise. The property manager came after we arrived and said we had until 5pm. There were impending bad storms so I had to leave and get my flight bank to Maryland leaving a staff one a professional carpenter, others packers and house cleaners because I want the apartment left in impeccable order. The resident manger came at 4pm instead of 5 and demanded they get out immediately. I kept getting alerts on my phone about the storm and we would have to stay over. We had to get home and would have had additional hotel expense. We left the staff of helpers with just about everything done. It was not professional at all I really feel we all had be talked very nasty. Most of the airlines has sent notices that fights would be delayed as well. Kim the property manager told three movers who had just about every thing in the truck to get out after saying they could stay until 5PM. I called Kimberly and asked if the worker who left his tools could return to get his tools for work she said NO. The movers had a professional truck and had moved everything decency and in order. One of the residents called me asking if she could get one of the tables left ? I inquired and she told me NO and that she would NOT return the security deposit. I am so disappointed in this form and experience. My friend passed ans had made me the exc. of her will and I had to go through this abuse. I am asking if the carpenter can at least return and get his tools and if you can send me the deposit that was paid prior to her move in. I pray no one else is treated like this. Please let me know as soon as possible.

Management staff are angels doing Gods work!!! They work with you to meet your needs. The residents were welcoming. Its a little piece of heaven here on earth. Heather is my angel who worked with me. The manager is also outstanding! She is a mover and a shaker!!! They made my transition to this new phase of my life doable!!! God bless my new Eden and the residents and staff!!!

Awesome staff, they were very informative and helpful during our application process. We loved the apartment and the layout. My mom is excited about her new apartment and all the amenities they provide the residents. Thank you Park Residence staff for your help. ❤️
