BeeHive Homes of Richfield is a great place to live and to work.  The staff is friendly and very helpful and the Owners and Managers sincerely care about the residents, staff and their community.  The job is difficult but you are always greeted with a smile and offer for assistance. Highly recommend.

Horrible place! Do not bring your loved ones here. The dishes in one of the houses are on the floor in uncovered totes with a known mouse problem, there is mold in the laundry room and there is a roof leak that the MANAGERS refuse to fix. The managers refuse to come out of their locked hide away office to help with anything and they are absolutely horrible towards the residents. All they care about is money in their pocket! The heat hasn’t been turned on because “it’s still too warm outside” and they don’t care if their workers are sick they have to come in anyways unless they can find a cover, which good luck getting any management to help with uncovered shifts! They will not answer their phone EVER. There is barely enough food for PLANNED MEALS. Working for Beehive is the worst decision you could ever make. They lure you in with all these promises and get you to love your residents then they show their true side.
