Brookdale Richland is located right in the heart of Richland off of George Washington way, just a hop skip and a jump from the Columbia river, golf course, shopping centers, and medical facilities. This community is a prime location for seniors, and families looking to spend a day creating lasting memories. With all necessities close by, it’s a great place to call home 🏠

My grandma moved into this retirement home the retirement home referred us to Three Brothers Moving. During the move they broke my grandmothers expensive China cabinet and broke the leg on her kitchen table. Anthony, one of the movers was not apologetic and just gave my grandmother nasty looks and insisted on arguing about the broken items. He smelled of alcohol and couldn’t sit still. He was very unprofessional. I also noticed that 2 of my grandmothers medications went missing after the move. When I mentioned the experience to the owner Angela, she was rude and disregarded my concerns. I do not recommend this company. They were rude, unorganized, and did not have any of the proper equipment for the move. This company is an embarrassment to all moving companies. Do not use them.

My parents recently moved into Brookdale Richland. My dad is living with dementia. The Brookdale Richland staff have been amazing through the entire process to help them move into their new home. Our family greatly appreciates it. It's only been a few months, but my parents are definitely settling in and are well taken care of. Most importantly, my Dad is in good care with the staff, which relieves so much stress off my mom so they can continue to enjoy the rest of their lives. Thank You!

This is the 2nd assisted living facility my grandfather has lived in and I'm so happy to say he found his home! He loves it at Brookdale, everyone from nursing to management has been so caring and professional. It's a blessing knowing my grandpa is getting all the care and attention he deserves. I can't thank you all enough for being so amazing 🤩

All I have to say is that having my grandparents at Brookdale has been amazing. Not only did they make us feel like we made the right choice, my parents were so happy 😀 with the great service they provide and also they loved the activities provided there as well. Jacque reichert was amazing and made us feel like family, knowing my parents are in good hands makes me and my siblings feel great about our decision. I highly recommend this place.
