Arden Courts of San Antonio

It has been a difficult road for my mother who suffers from dementia. Finding Arden Courts has been a life changer for my mother as well as a huge support for my family. The place is clean and safe for those who like to roam. The staff are nothing but kind,responsible and loving to ALL the residents living there. I cannot recommend this place enough. My mom had finally found her home and is very comfortable and happy there. Thank you Arden Courts!

Overall, we have been very happy with the care of our mother. It’s a learning curve for all, and patience is key. Bottom line - 99% of the staff have hearts of gold and are there to serve. There are so many “angels on earth” at Arden Courts and we are very grateful.

In the world of memory care, there are many options for a family member. Choosing a place for our Mom was not an easy task, and one we were even hesitant to make. She’s been here over one year now and the caregivers, med techs and other staff are angels on earth. How they do their jobs day in and day out is hard for me to grasp. Our Mom is fortunate to be here with people who are kind, who care and who have big hearts for residents with Alzheimer’s or other neurological diseases. We have gotten to know many of the employees and other resident families. Alzheimer’s seems so prevalent these days, and this type of facility is always full to capacity. Keep up your heartfelt and selfless work. It’s needed.

My experience with Arden Courts has been very positive. The staff are very helpful and very caring to all the residents. My husband seems content there especially as he is free to come and go around the grounds when he wishes as he loves being outside. The grounds are very welcoming with many places to walk and to sit and enjoy the view. I am grateful to have found a place so well equipped to handle memory issues.

I am so grateful to Arden courts. They were our third facility for mom with alzheimer's dementia. Her medication adjustments and Dr Cowan's care were perfect. Their communication was always compassionate and kind. They were caring compassionate and professional with me mother and our family. I am truly grateful for their care. Mom's passing was handled with compassion and dignity. Dad is with them now, receiving the same amazing kind compassionate care. I have recommended a few friends and colleagues to Arden courts and their experience has been the same.
