Neawanna by the Sea

I've been here for nearly a year and all the good stuff said about here is true. All the residents get along and develop friendships. The staff is exemplary; with food prep and service, physical care, housekeeping, encouraging interactions and tolerance towards the shenanigans these seniors give them. Just one activity after another. The food is good and in many cases restaurant worthy. They even supply goodies for dessert. All well managed by our nutritionist. The fact that all amenities are provided, leaves us with nothing more than to enjoy our futures and the beautiful community of Seaside. This is Family! P.S. thank you S.W.

Neawanna by the Sea is a treasure in our community. My father-in-law is surrounded by a caring staff and friendly residents that make him feel at home and part of a family. The staff is incredible! They are professional, cheerful and always willing to help. The residents look forward to the activities and field trips organized by Helen. We have such peace knowing that Johnny is able to remain independent yet be cared for at Neawanna.

All of the staff, from administrators to food service, are kind and competent, and treat my grandma like family. Her happiness and contentment living at Neawanna By The Sea brings me, and her entire family, joy and peace of mind.

"The staff is warm, kind and they treat me nicely; yes, I get good care here" are my mother's words. Staff become nearly extended relatives, as they respond and assist and comfort us all!! Thank you Neawanna for all that you do.

I would say it is a nice place to live, when my grandmother passed they ended up charging rent because she passed like 1 day before the new month prior, and I went down there from Washington to help clean out her house so we got it all cleared by day 8 and still get charged for 13 days. how is that our fault? And the staff(s) are just plain rude.
