Family Extended Care of Sebring

My wife Winnie and I are blessed and thankful for the staff at Family Extended Care Sebring. We have a family member living (for 3years) there and without FEC we would not be able to provide Stella the care she needs. Our primary points of contact are Melissa, Ashley, Ron and Katelyn. Every one of them, is outstanding in their caregiver skills, especially with our difficult family member. The facility is always clean with great activities and entertainment. The med staff, cleaning and maintenance staff do a great job keeping the facility running and looking good. They keep us and thus Stella’s Health and Mental Health Providers informed so we can make sure Stella’s needs are fully met. Thank you again for your great staff and the services your organization provides.

I could not recommend this place enough. Although my Mom was only a resident for 4 weeks in the Memory Care unit, she was treated as if they knew her forever. While my Mom's health took an unfortunate and unexpected turn, my family and I were beyond grateful she was able to pass in a place full of love, support and prayers. Our only regret was she didn't have longer there. A special thank you to their head of Nursing, Melissa. That woman has a heart of gold. If you're looking for a place filled with kind, compassionate care - with good food, look no further.

I cannot say enough good things about Family Extended Care. The care, dedication and compassion shown to my mother during her stay, and especially during her final days is more than our family could have hoped for. The facility is bright and engaging. The Director & Head nurse were always present and accessible, addressing and resolving any concerns we had. The facility clearly takes pride in the name Family Extended Care, my mother was cared for like a cherished family member, with the utmost dignity and respect.

The staff at Family Extended Care was very kind and compassionate with our Mom. We felt like they truly cared for her and our family. Any time we had a question or needed help anyone we asked was sure to assist us or find someone that could. Mom did have cancer and passed away while there. She was able to stay at family Extended Care while on Hospice, and the staff worked with Hospice and helped us compassionately through the process. We very much recommend the facility.

My Mother in law has been a resident at Crown Pointe since June of 2014. She has dementia and is treated with respect and compassion by all the staff. I see the look on her face when the staff walks in and she lights up and smiles and giggles it puts me at ease leaving her with them. The facility itself is clean and welcoming. Family is always welcome, any concerns I have is always addressed. She was in 3 different facilities before Crown Pointe and if I had it to do over again she would be right where she is. Thank you CP for putting our family at ease when it comes to the care of our loved one.
