Vitalia Active Adult Community at Solon

My parents, both in their nineties, had a wonderful experience visiting Vitalia in Solon. Everyone we met was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The staff even offered to accommodate my parents’ specific dietary requests. Following the visit, Cheryl graciously stopped by our home to deliver a delicious cheesecake freshly prepared by the chef, accompanied by a thoughtful handwritten note. We were deeply touched by this gesture. Vitalia is truly an impressive senior living community that we will seriously consider, as my parents felt genuinely cared for and warmly welcomed there.

It is like heaven on earth. The staff are the residents are so welcoming. It truly has everything anyone would need to make this place this home. It’s beautiful inside and out just like the people u had the pleasure of meeting. If anyone was or is looking for a place to call home, they need to look no further. If I could taste it a 10 I would have. Note don’t take my word, come out get the grand tour and see it for yourself. It’s worth your time.

Sheryl Chaitoff did a wonderful job touring us around the Vitalia at Solon Community, as our mother is deciding her next move. Both Vitalia at Solon and Vitalia at Highland Heights are very nice communities and offer nice amenties.

The food service at dinner is terrible. I have to wait an hour or more to get my food. Last night was the worst. My order was placed and 30 minutes later they told they were out or Beyond Burgers so I had to start reordering. 30 minutes later I got my dinner. Instead of finishing eating at 7 pm it was 7:45. They have said we can only have 5 at our table, so our group of friends have to split up. This arrangement has not improved service and has made many of us unhappy. We are frequently out of basic food items.

Vitalia of Solon has an upbeat atmosphere. The staff is there to help/support you in anyway they can. Memory care has a fabulous schedule and keeps their clients safe and busy. I had lunch in the dining room the other day and can’t complement the chef enough. Delicious salmon, touché to the chef. I encourage those that are looking for their loved one to have all their needs met, Vitalia should be one of your places to visit.
