Staffing at the facility is a huge issue, we moved in, had a lot of questions and things that needed to be addressed, no maintenance on staff so we were consistently told they were putting on a list and ended up fixing several of the issues ourselves. We were given a handbook when we signed the contract, however; it would've been nice if there was a bullet point list left in the apartment that gave us the times of operation of the food service, who to contact when we had issues with the apartment (which were many) I also agree the van needs to operate more hours, a promise was made for Sunday church transportation, and that has been a huge issue. On the flipside of that however there are services available to residents that include occupational therapy andcphysical therapy, etc. and that area has been extremely helpful. We've been there about a month but it has been a bumpy ride moving in.

I love this place! I’m constantly in here for work, and the staff goes above and beyond for the residents! The residents are also fun loving and love to be active! I love this community!

I had the pleasure of providing entertainment during a happy hour and was truly impressed how lively and enjoyable the residents were. There was a large crowd and many commented on just how wonderful the entertainment was. And specifically, it was very clear to see how much the residents loved their Executive Director, Ms. Mather. Their interactions and responses to her presence shows that not only does she care about them but they know that as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I'd happily come back again!

When I walked into Montvale, for the first time, I had tears in my eyes. The place was so beautiful, bright, welcoming, and just felt alive. Moving my mother, there was the best thing we could have done. It has changed her mood her outlook on life, and her overall general well-being. Bree the sales coordinator was amazing and made sure my mother had everything she needed prior to coming in and after moving in. Juvy, the head of housekeeping was so sweet and kind and does such a thorough job like nothing we have seen at any other facility. Cody, the culinary Director, serves the most amazing food and genuinely cares what people think about his meals. I cannot tell you how much better I feel leaving my mother knowing her new home is full of sunshine, kind people very professional, and genuinely a place that she is proud to call home. I cannot thank you enough, to each and everyone of you that I did not meet, I also thank you. God bless you all. 💜

Staffing issues. Not enough to go around. I’ve lived at Montvale for about 3 years and really enjoy the bus service! Would like more service hours instead of 2 days a week. Food is getting better, but still needs help. Cody is doing his best! Logan is always available to help!
