Southwest Commons

Everyone here was kind and helpful during my father-in-laws stay at Southwest Commons. It was always immaculate, and the the food was excellent. Thank you Courtney for your many kindnesses! There were so many activities available, and Joan was so knowledgeable!

Toured with Maryam. Pleasant and friendly staff and residents. Pleasant environment. Maryam was able to answer all of our questions about moving dad into the community. Joan answered our Medicaid questions too! Made the process for us easier. This community stands out from the rest the moment you walk into the doors. Residents are out playing bingo and laughing. Happy to see this. It’s exactly what we want for my dad.

My Dad spent his final year and a half at southwest commons and our experience could not of been any better. Their Staff is top notch, the nurses are incredible, the activity director always had fun things going on, he loved the food, his apartment was always clean along with his clothes. The office staff always kept us informed of any concerns. We looked at quite a few places and so glad we made the decision to choose Southwest Commons for my Dad and our family. We will miss them all , and grateful for the love they showed my dad and family

As an outside health care provider, I frequent many assisted living and long-term care facilities around the greater Cleveland area. SouthWest Commons in Strongsville is one of the nicest facilities that I go to. The environment itself is extremely welcoming- more like a “home” as opposed to a health care facility. When you add in the amazing CARE from their staff… it makes for one of my favorite facilities. I would not hesitate to refer a loved one to live here. :)

My Father n law called Southwest his last home. Everyone was so nice to him. We highly recommend southwest to anyone!!
