Brookdale Sussex

Ever since day one Jessica has gone above and beyond our families expectations. Jessica is very knowledgeable, compassionate and has helped us with mom’s transition to Brookdale. We were nervous and weren’t sure what we all had to do, but everything went so smoothly due to Jessica being there for us. Putting mom into assisted living was one of the biggest decisions we have had to make and Jessica was the main reason we picked Brookdale. If you have a loved one who is in need of assisted living I would suggest Brookdale.

As someone who has had a loved one in senior living, I can genuinely say this community is something special. I've seen firsthand the level of care, compassion, and commitment that goes into everything we do-from the way staff greet each resident by name to the thoughtful activities and personalized attention each day. This community is more than a place to live-it's a place to belong. I'm proud to be part of it and would recommend it to any family looking for a supportive, caring environment for their loved one.

By far the most professional building/company I have encountered! The food is delicious and staff were nice, all in uniform and very helpful! The building is BEAUTIFUL! Very home like!

As a professional RN Care Manager, I have been to several senior living communities. Brookdale Sussex is a very home-like, cozy and friendly community. Because it is a smaller community, the staff really get to know the residents and their likes and dislikes. Robin the Executive Director is kind, competent and cares about each resident and staff member. I have trust in her to ensure each resident's care needs are met. To me, the care in a community is of the utmost importance, and they provide great care at Brookdale Sussex!

I have visited this community on several occasions and I am always impressed by the level of professionalism of the staff and the kindness of everyone there. It is always a pleasure to have the opportunity to visit this location. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!
