Elsa's Adult Care Home II

I was a Hospice volunteer weekly for one of Elsa’s residents so was a ‘surprise’ visitor on one day or another. For four months I was able to observe the attentive care given to all the elderly I would be with in the community room. My “patient” was always shown kindness and, herself, had only good things to say about where she lived.

My mom was at Elsa’s for the final 10 months of her life and I would highly recommend Elsa’s for care. They took good care of her. The home is clean and smells fine and the rooms are nice. They took care of her physically and maintained her drugs and they cared about her

The negative comment (one star) is false and suspect due the complainant is unknown. The comments are unjustified due to the lack of specifics as to who, what, and when did this event happen, and therefore it cannot be trusted and is not credible. It was posted purposely to discredit our unblemished and outstanding reputation for no apparent reason. Anyone who fabricates false libel is cautioned that such defamation and false damaging statements like this is punishable by law. This matter will be referred to my lawyer to track down the source. Elsa's Adult Care Home, LLC, has been in business since 1994 with no complaints from any of my clients and their families as well as my employees, past and present.

The management team is sweet and caring. My great grandmother is well taken care of here!
