My grandmother has lived here for the past 4 years, she loves it. My grandfather lived in their memory care for a short time before passing, he was very well taken care of. We were referred by a close friend whose father-in-law lived here for many years in their memory care. Saint Simeon's has been all around amazing. The staff make all the difference. My grandma always says how much she loves her room (always clean!), friends, activities, food, and especially all the sweet girls that work there. She has said many times over the years, "they really love me and take such good care of me". They are such a blessing, and I truly don't think there is anywhere that can compete!
My mom was there for skilled services. And nurse Kasey was there the whole time just applauding her and encouraging her. Whenever we needed something changed or had any questions she was ON IT. We can tell she truly loves her job and cares. The staff here was so kind and genuine ❤️
This has been an amazing facility as we have transitioned our Mom into assisted living! They are very kind, informative, and respectful as we navigate this new living arrangement! They are always available to answer any questions that we have and do anything they can to allow our family to be able to continue to stay connected as a family unit! Always willing to go above and beyond with anything we need in addition to providing a quality life for our Mom
Mom's stay has been very good. They have got her up and moving and transferring. They are patient and kind and they encourage her and applaud when she is able to make her goals.
Absolutely no stars if it was appicable. This place gets some of the most admirable dedicated nursing staff and has a way of manipulating them and treating them with a manner of less than. The administration has no problem hiding in the office while the employees that they haven't fired yet are almost drowning with so much responsibility in taking care of the residents. The ratio of Nursing staff to patient care is unbelievable. Nurses that are working there are working their bottoms off while also worrying about getting fired. No one ever knows what is going on. Promises that things will get better, but are just getting worse. Patients have to wait 20-30 minutes to get help when in the bathroom and other situations as well. My mother was there and while she had amazing nurses, she still wasn't able to get efficient care due to nurses being so stretched thin between so many patients to take care of at once. If they cared about their employees and had them the help then need and deserve that place would be top of the line.
