Arden Courts of West Orange

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently moved my aunt to Arden Courts of West Orange from another facility because I knew she would be well cared for and safe. My decision came easily, as my mother was also a resident here eight years ago and received the most exceptional care. The staff at Arden Courts are compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to creating a loving, supportive environment for their residents. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in what they do — from the way they engage with residents to how they communicate with families. I have peace of mind knowing my aunt is in such good hands. Arden Courts truly feels like family, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We are delighted to have discovered the perfect place for our 100 year old mother with advanced dementia. First impressions count: from the very warm welcome from Reyce who gave us a tour, introducing the smiling staff and explaining AC’s unique approach to memory care, convinced us that this was #1. We canceled visits to other residences and selected a room for Mom the same day and couldn’t be happier.

We moved our father to Arden Courts West Orange in late December and are happy with the decision. The staff are great: front office, nurses, caregivers and beyond. They really smoothed the transition for Dad. They know all of the residents — their personalities and preferences — and seem to genuinely care for them. The residents’ family members are also lovely — welcoming and generous in sharing information. The facility is clean, homey and well run. It feels like a real community. We are reassured to know Dad is in such warm and capable hands.

Arden Courts in West Orange was recommended to our family as we were looking for a facility for our father who was suffering from dementia and had reached a point where he needed full time care. In hindsight we’re very pleased we made the difficult decision to move him in. From the first time we spoke with Jeanette and she thoroughly explained everything we needed to know about Arden Courts and all they had to offer, to her patience and staying in touch as we deliberated for months, she made the decision easier for us which was much appreciated. She and Kathryn were both so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The staff and nurses do such a great job caring for and making all the residents comfortable and engaged, with all the different activities offered throughout each day. We were very impressed how all the nurses knew how to satisfy the many different needs of each resident depending on their condition. Our family is grateful to all at Arden Court for making sure our father was so well cared for in his final months.

After visiting several other facilities, we decided Arden Courts, was the most comfortable facility for my husband Allan. The environment is home-like and cozy, not like a large hotel with the dementia unit off in a separate area. From our first day there, when we walked into the activity room, with it's great staff getting my husband to get up and dance with them, we knew we would be happy with our choice. The staff know their residents well and were very respectful toward them and friendly with the families and visitors.
