My husband and I moved in January 2024 We see Sugarloaf everyday from our deck-Beautiful ❤️ We may be younger than most people but we r here for all. Bluff View Estates is such a beautiful building! It sits between so many great opportunities to shop and eat. You don't need to travel far to get everything you need. I would recommend checking out Bluff View Estates! You won't be disappointed!

My mom's lived here for 4+ years. Excellent location for those that no longer drive - close to anything Seniors might need. Friendly neighbors and lots of community activities and involvement.

After the passing of my father and my mother wishing to be closer to her sister she decided to sell her home and move to a older apartment building in downtown Winona. It was nice for her in the beginning as many activities and get together with the rest of the seniors was great in keeping her spirits high. A few years later the building was in bad shape and the present owner did very little to keep it up it was time to find a better place where she had seniors her only age and newer apartment we look at Bluff view Estates. It was prefect as she had a larger apartment with her only washer and dryer, center heat and air, and very friendly staff and neighbors. I feel so much better now that she is just a cross the street from her clinic and hospital. Plus having the assistant living building right across the parking lot we know she is in good hands. We very grateful that Bluff view estate was available for her and us as she now feels safe and comfortable in her new surroundings, it was so nice that my sister after losing her husband moved back from Nevada and is just 4 apartments away from our mother apartment and on the same floor. Thank you Bluff View Estates.

I love Bluff View Estates because it is family and a very friendly environment. We can socialize as much or as little as we want. We share our thoughts and concerns over coffee, play games, watch movies and are willing to help others when needed. I feel safe and connected. Our manager, Preston, is so friendly and helpful and always willing to listen. Thank you Preston and staff.
