Watercrest is beautiful, welcoming and spotlessly clean. I recently had to make the tough decision to place my mother into memory care, and after touring many places, I knew immediately that Watercrest was “the one” as soon as I visited. The way they have created a village center - “Market Street” within the memory care area is so creative, and a delightful environment. As lovely as the facility is, it’s truly the staff that makes Watercrest the best place for us. Their kindness, dedication, patience and professionalism is evident throughout the facility in all situations. I am grateful every day that my mother is safe in their care.

As a caregivers observeration it's a dream home, safe, clean and a 24hr guarded facility with a nurses station on each level. Fine dining, games and sitting rooms for visitors and grandchildren. Our family credits Watercrest Winter Park with helping us care for our parents as they worked to regain their health after an extended hospital and rehab stay. We had to move quickly -Brittney was an amazing guide through the entire process. From the care staff to dining and concierge, Watercrest Winter Park ensures the health and safety of each resident by meeting them where they are. The activities and social events create a warm, "feels like home" atmosphere for residents and famliy members alike when they come to visit. MaryAnn has put together the best team. Cheryl was ready to answer any business questions we had, and I don't know how many times we asked Devin for all kinds of help! We have since been able to relocate our parents to a Georgia community closer to us, and they both still rave about Chef Nate's cooking, as do I! We miss Watercrest Winter Park and will always consider each of you part of our family.
