Shawnee Estates Senior Living

My aunt Ruth Louderback lived there till she passed last year. She loved it there and all the activities. She was known as a social butterfly.

Shawnee Estates has been the perfect Assisted Living spot for my dad. He has reconnected with friends from high school and has made new friends too. The staff really loves on him and the other residents. Several folks sent cards or visited when he had a short rehab away from Shawnee. Awesome people who really care!

I moved my father here and the experience was great. Communication with the staff was very good and they made the transition process as smooth as I could have hoped. They re continuously improving the facility, also providing activities for residents and families. Pricing was fair and transparent. Food service had options, variety, and my dad enjoyed meals with his friends. Unfortunately, his health required another move closer to me, and we were sad to leave. To this day, when I stop by to visit with residents, they ask about my father.

This is Judy Stevens: My mom has been at Elmcroft for two years. The management and staff are very caring and kind to the residents, as well as each other. It is a beautiful place and is clean. Every holiday it is decorated for everyone's enjoyment. The residents seem happy. I have never seen a staff person be cruel or mean to a resident. Mom has dementia and they are very kind and helpful to her. When we have had a concern, they are very willing to accommodate mom's need. A special thank you to Shelly Meade, Fran Porter (HV), Pam, McKenzie and Shelly (HV)!! Amazing women ❤️
