Northern Nj Pain and Rehabilitation Center, Inc is a Medicare-certified Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility located in Paramus, New Jersey. A Medicare-certified CORF provides coordinated outpatient diagnostic, therapeutic, and restorative services for the rehabilitation of injured, disabled, or sick patients at a single fixed location.
CORFs provide coordinated rehabilitation services for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. Services may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, respiratory therapy, and psychological services.
Medicare covers CORF services when ordered by a physician as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Patients are responsible for the Part B deductible and 20% coinsurance for covered services.

I was sent to this location as a suggestion from my lawyer, and I must say Dr. Fosatti is an amazing doctor who knows how to take care of his patients. Receptionists are extremely kind-hearted and so patient. The therapists, let’s just say they are angels for their wonderful work. They will pinpoint where you’re hurting and will focus on that area till you’re able to do things on your own throughout the one hour session you have. I totally recommend this location to anyone looking where to go for physical therapy. This place is phenomenal!! I personally love it there!!❤️❤️😁😁
What a great place! In a entitled stuck up Area like Bergen County you will not find that type of attitude here. Terry is great and explains herself well. From the staff Christine and other secretaries are friendly as ever and welcoming. To Charlie and his friendly and positive attitude. 5 stars ! I’m sure you can’t find a better staff than they have here. They are outstanding! 👏
