The OT scheduled with my friend to come Tuesday at 2. She called after 4 and asked if my friend still wanted her to come. My friend said yes and was told she would be there at 6. At 7 the OT called and said she forgot about her and went home. She scheduled for the next day and was again late without calling. I called the office yesterday to talk with someone and haven't heard back. Obviously communication is not a strength of theirs.
Karla is the best! I had a very difficult and challenging case she has been my nurse for months coming to see me weekly and not only changing my dressing and taking my vitals, but lifting my spirits making me laugh and checking on me well after her shift was over. These things come naturally to her, and I don’t know everyone at abundant home healthcare, but if she is a representation of the kinds of people that work there then there is no other choice. My health journey was personal and scary to me like it is to a lot of people and to have someone come in with compassion and kindness made all the difference.
Can’t say enough about on how Abundant Home Health took care of my wife. We are grateful from the personnel in the office to her nurse Carla. Despite Carla’s busy schedule she never seemed frazzled and always took time to take care of my wife on her home visits. I would trust Carla with my wife care anytime
If I could give this company a negative I would. Extremely poor service! They fail to return calls and don't even communicate that the therapist will not be out. After surgery your health should be considered a priority with this company it definitely isn't. Customer service over the phone is horrible as well as a few nurses. I would advise anyone to decline James as a nurse. Very uninformed and halfway completes his job! I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
I was referred by my surgeon after hip replacement surgery. My nurse was Angelo and PT was KC. This has been a rough recovery for me this time around but these 2 young men were amazing and caring. Keep up the great work and thank you for your kindness and patience.
