Dr Finklea has been a wonderful Dr. He is a busy guy being one of the only OBs in our area but he takes the time to answer our questions and explain things to us. The office staff is very nice and we have never had an issue. They can be a little hard to get a hold of some times for general questions because they are so busy but they always get back to us within the day if we have to leave a message. When we have another child this is where we are going

It was worth every drive from Lake Havasu to see Dr Finklea in this office. He’s a very competent doctor and very friendly. I appreciated all of his help in resolving my issues. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Finklea is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. He listens to you, he explains things so well and he is so knowledgeable and it is very reassuring to have a doctor who knows what he’s doings and cares about his patients. When he goes in the room with you, he does not just rush in and rush out, he will sit and listen and explain things to you. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for an OBGYN- he is awesome

I want to thank Dr. Finklea who saved my life and my baby's life after a uterin tear. He even saved my uterus so I can still have kids. Had it not been for Dr. Finklea and his amazing surgical team, along with the care I received at the hospital, I may not be here today writing this.

I gave birth at Valley View to my first baby a few days ago and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From my first appointment at 9 weeks I have liked Dr.Finklea. I always thought my concerns were listened to and questions were answered. I never felt rushed even though the waiting room was always packed. I have always been terrified at the thought of giving birth. When I went into labor, I was quickly checked in and met my nurse. The nurse that helped me deliver, Erika, was amazing. She was knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. She supported my birth plan and never laid a finger on me without telling me what was happening. When it came time to push my baby boy out, Dr.Finklea coached me through effective pushing and encouraged me to keep going. We had immediate skin to skin and delayed cord clamping just as we wanted. We stayed two night total with how long I was in labor and the night nurses, Barb and Bree, checked on us and were so nice. My husband and I thought the food was pretty good too. We are both so happy with our experience.
