I have never had so much confusion in my husband's care, IV medicine from option care had 3 different directions to be given to my husband, finally I got the supervisor & home health nurse on the phone at the primary care physician office to clarify not to remove port & continue medication by Dr. We still have not received labs from 10/25/21. The very first visit my husband was supposed to get his medication at 8am, after calling & no answer,  I contacted the hospital and they took care of getting the nurse here at 11:30am. I would not recommend this company for these reasons.

This home health company is the worst! My mother caught on fire. 3/4ths of her back and her arm. She had 2nd into 3rd degree burns. She had her 2nd skin graft on her back. This place rarely orders what she needs but has no problem ordering items she doesn't need all while charging her insurance. Mom has to call and I have to call to find out when they are coming out. I've gone so far as ordering her burn items/bandages from Amazom since Amedisys can't order them correctly

They dropped me saying my wound wasn't healing fast enough when I called the office they and asked why they hung up on me😥 also had to fight to get my ostomy supplies in my brand total nightmare the whole time I had them always changing my set appointments do yourself a favor and find someone who cares😥
