I have been very pleased with the home visits I received from CenterWell that’s why I requested them for my last three surgeries. The PT and the nurses were all knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Justin Kelly was my main PT person. He was always helpful and respectful. Thanks for a great crew right when we need it the most!

We were very pleased with the PT providers. However, the speech therapist was not very knowledgeable on treatment options and therapies. On many occasions she would come into our home and talk about personal matters such as family trips, vacations, her daughter, and the presidential election and then leave after 10 minutes, without ever completing any speech sentences, exercise, or working on pronunciation. It think she realized I was watching her one day to see what she was doing.... she told me she was trying to make my husbands brain think of answers to questions. He does have any brain damage so, this was odd to me. I asked her why she came to work on a holiday (it was Labor Day), her reply to me was ....." because I get paid time and a half" today. That did it for me. I contacted her supervisor after that incident to voice my concerns over the lack of work and services we were getting.....The following week the therapist was a no show all week. If you want the best care for your loved one, please go elsewhere.

Everyone that has came in contact with the family has been very nice. They show their concern and answer any and all question we have. They are all very caring people. we are truly blessed to have them to care for Jan.

I enjoyed and learned from the various nurses and therapist. I want to specifically give thanks to Jose and Mia for their support and help in getting me closer to my recovery. I'm looking forward to meeting the staff in Kinston. Rhonda Koonce

Staff was timely and courteous. Offered to help with things in the house before leaving. Usually called the night before their visit to let me know when they were coming.
