Great establishment. Great and exceptional care for not only their patients but to their staff as well. Would highly recommend for any type of in home patient care.

California home health says, I refused and signed form stating that I refused physical therapy and documentation was sent to my health plan. That's a l-i-e. I called my health plan, they don't have physical therapy notes. Spoke to supervisor, who found me on there system, the man that came to do evaluation is not from California home health, there are similar home health name, like California health home, looked up that name on the internet, does not exist. Supervisor kept saying, call your insurance to get authorization, supervisor hung up on me. On 7/24/2023 spoke to John, he said, can't find you in our system, will leave message for Director, he answers phone after hours, asked if he was the answering service, he said, "no." They close at 5 pm, I called before 5 pm, he hung up on me. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere. L-i-e-s, L-i-e-s, L-i-e-s.

Very friendly staff. They are fairly fast at responding, good communication, the nurses are super kind and proper. Super happy they have Spanish speaking office staff and nurses.

Best home health that provide high quality care. Their staffs are passionate and professional. I highly recommend this home health they are awesome.
