In the vast market of home healthcare, CenterWell in Des Moines stands head and shoulders above most of the rest. They were supportive throughout my dad’s hospitalization, and met us at the house upon his discharge to assess his needs and initiate his therapies. They saved me from the complicated and confusing Medicare issues, gaining approval and coverage for the maximum extent of in-home care, and then provided sterling therapy and nursing support. And I really cannot say enough about Brenda, the PT and Jess, OT who are not only excellent therapists, but connected SOOO well with Dad on a personal level. And the company demonstrated only the highest integrity in their management policies. I offer them all my highest compliments!!!
