Have needed their services and my needs have always been met. The nurses are wonderful, caring, friendly, as well as professional. The PT department is the same as the nursing department. Centerwell Home Health has been awesome. Every nurse and therapist has been so sweet and accommodating. I will recommend them to everyone that needs thems. I thank them so much.
Physical therapy is awesome and punctual. Home health aide is iffy. Sometimes they show up, sometimes they don’t. I don’t like to have to go grocery shopping and not go because I’m waiting all day for them, just for them not to show up. It even sucks not knowing what day they are coming.
Center well.. Is a company that gives you the best care possible with such great nurses and physical therapist ? On my journey to better health couldn't have done it without the support of such great people.
Not professional at all!!! They don't like to follow doctor's orders either!! Then when you complain they just stop coming all together which is bull! They say they are Centerwell but they are really Kindred!
