Attentive Care of Albany

After being an employee here, I have gained invaluable experiences that have altered my original review. • Beware of the two week classes. They make it impossible for you to have a job while attending. Therefore you are out of work and a paycheck for a month and a half. The whole process of being certified is not two weeks only! • They say they will give you a case, you go into the office after your training for them to say they have nothing for you. Then say “oops” call you back in and then say “my mistake” and have nothing for you. • Randomly delete cases off of the app. You’ll get up at the crack of dawn ready to work, get in your car to retrieve the address from the app. That’s when you find out you’ve been taken off the case for the day. No phone call, no message, nothing. Just left to question at 8in the morning fully dressed and ready to go for nothing. • You can deny cases that you feel like unsuitable for you, which is great. But expect to be hung up on and given an attitude when you do. Which the office is always just hanging up. • If they say they will pay you for being taken off a case last minute… they won’t. I did the whole class (which took a month a half), got certified (with no case given to me), had clients (outside of my chosen zone), got robbed of promised pay. To each their own, but be on your toes working for this company.

Vicky, the instructor, was AMAZINGGGGG. She supplies you with all the tools needed before getting in the field and Justin also is great in orientation prepping you with the essential need to knows in orientation.
