Assisting Hands of Pearland

I highly recommend Assisting Hands for anyone needing help in caring for a loved one at home. They were a tremendous help with my father who suffers from alzheimer's. My mother had been trying to care for him herself, but was overwhelmed. It made such a difference when Assisting Hands started providing the care that my mom could no longer do. The owner, VaNae, is wonderfully supportive and compassionate, and I can't say enough good things about this company!!

I’ve been very happy with Assisting Hands and the care given to my partner who has dementia. The staff are quick to respond to questions and are flexible with scheduling. Our caregiver, Tina, is patient and excellent at engaging with my partner. She’s a hard worker and always asks if there’s anything more she could do. I highly recommend for anybody who needs caregiving services.

Our caregiver has been with us for 2 years. She has become like one if our family. She has been flexible when we have doctor's appointments and etc. She is GREAT! Assisting Hand office staff have always been kind and courteous and concerned with my sister's needs. I would recommend Assistings Hands. Just let them know what services you will need the caregiver to do. I found Assisting Hands by doing an internet search for caregivers in my area.

Working with Assisting Hands for my mom was amazing. From the setup with VaNae through the daily text check-ins with Christy, they couldn't have been more supportive. We had my mom on 24/7 care for about a month. They worked with us to try to have a consistent schedule of ladies coming to help. All of them were great to work with. A few stood out to us like Brandi H - she is a hard worker and made sure my mom was well taken care of. Necole and Aleisha were also wonderful. They are both very caring and family-oriented and treated my mom like their own. Paul S was the night shift favorite - she is very sweet and took great care of my mom. We would definitely use Assisting Hands again when the need arises and highly recommend them to anyone needing caregiver services!

I can't say enough about how focused on care the Assisting Hands of Pearland staff is. I was so impressed the VaNae came to the hospital before my mom was released to be sure of exactly the care mom needed to continue her recovery from her broken hip. Mom's care giver, Rebecca, has done an amazing job of caring for mom and making her comfortable and safe. She has a sweet nick name for her and is a joy to have in our home. She is also good about getting Mom to take her meds and other little chores. Thumbs up to this great team of care givers!
