About

All Metro Health Care

All Metro Health Care is a homecare agency serving Buffalo, New York and surrounding areas. Homecare agencies provide non-medical personal care services that allow individuals to remain safely in their homes while receiving assistance with daily activities.

Services provided by homecare agencies typically include personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming), companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation to appointments, and respite care for family caregivers.

In New York, homecare agencies are typically regulated by the New York State Department of Health and generally must maintain a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) License. New York requires licensure as a Licensed Home Care Services Agency for most home care services.

Payment Options: In New York, Medicaid may help pay for homecare services through programs like Medicaid Managed Long Term Care (MLTC). These Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers help eligible individuals receive care at home instead of in an institutional setting. Contact New York Department of Health or visit https://www.health.ny.gov/health_care/medicaid/program/longterm/ to learn about eligibility and how to apply.

When selecting a homecare agency, consider factors such as caregiver screening procedures, training requirements, supervision practices, and the agency's responsiveness to client needs and concerns. Visit New York State Department of Health for more information about homecare services in New York.

Licensing requirements and regulations may change. We recommend verifying current requirements directly with your state's licensing agency.

Left our special needs,wheelchair-bound dental office patient waiting for over 2 hours. Not only waiting for 2 hours, but waiting an hour past closing time. They were rude and dismissive. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The company used to be great, but now it’s going downhill thanks to the ceo David Middleton and Vice President Seth Shapiro. They are more concerned about keeping their pockets full and not caring about clients or employees

My mom is with All Metro at this time the care is very poor.I live in SC visit every 90 days but receive calls often from family members. My mom is 88 years old, mental minds is very good problems with walking and fine motor skills due to arthritis, she needs 24 assist.I don't know what training those workers receive, but the way the dress, one had 5'' orange fingernail, wearing head rags ,sleep caps, cooking food without permission causing alarm to go off ,sleeping unable to awaken them, had to call security guard.I was just there i walked in on a worker refusing to give my mom water, told her to get up and get it herself"my mom can't stand and walk on her own"This same aide refuse to put my mom 's oxygen back in her noise and walked to the other room.My mom has been burned with hot tea,due to aide trying to balance her cell phone to her ears, while giving mom tea.Mom get alone with two of the older aides and want to keep them, but i must change agency .I have called reported, they do not the aides back, but problems continue to happen.Where do they get theses people, what training and how long. The younger one i spoke with by phone was very rude, and disrespectful.I am in the process of changing agency. The agency must do random home, and drug test.At this point i think i need to contact the state licensing&regulations concerning this agency.Just POOR,POOR CARE FOR MY MOM.
