We used Comfort Keepers for my Father in Law and they were wonderful! The staff was very helpful! They were kind and polite! They were very responsive when I would call and ask questions! The aide that was chosen for us was lovely, and hand picked based on my Father’s needs and personality! I highly recommend Comfort Keepers!

The communication was great at first the became a little more rough as time went on. The care was mediocre at best. They didn’t live up to much of what was in the contract and in my opinion was not worth the money spent on care. The caretakers would always like to sit down most of the time and not pay too much attention to detail. The charge nurse called a few times to check in and we talk about the issues but none were really addressed. I was supposed to get a call from a higher up but never did.
