Brightstar Care

Our first contract with BrightStar was in September and the experience was very good with Leyla. Our second contract with BrightStar was in October, 10/25-11/6. On 11/3, we received a call saying that caretaker (not Leyla) was sick and would not return for rest of week, sorry. That was it. They were not sending anyone to replace caretaker, knowing we were out of town. Panic set in while we were away on this situation. That is 4 days they were not going to arrive and take care of Mom. She is a 91 year old dementia loved one and they left her alone! Nicole sat on my couch during initial interview with company and said if the caretaker could not show up, she would. Well, that was definitely a line. Don't use this company.

Leyla at Brightstar was an incredible help and source of comfort to my family as we were out of town. I knew my loved one was safe in Leyla’s care.

Brightstar has gave me exceptional service. All caregivers have been great but Myliz Perez has been my favorite. She makes me feel relieved when she takes care of Keith and she takes care of him like it was her own father. Always goes above and beyond.

My mother has been a client of Bright Star’s since 2016, and they are AMAZING. So caring, so flexible, so involved but only as much as you want then to be. They work with not only the client but also the family, and I can honestly say the staff have become friends! My mother became extremely ill with COVID last year and without Bright Star she would not have made it as I live out of state. I am forever grateful to them for their empathetic and comprehensive care and communication, from the owner all the way down. HIGHLY recommended!!

I am nothing but 110% satisfied with Brightstar and my home care person, Ally. She is prompt, courteous, professional and always arrives on time with a smile on her face, and begins doing the things that need to be done. At the end of her shift upon leaving she opens the door, turns to , smiles and waves and says see again. She really makes my day. Absolutely a 5 STAR RATING. THANK YOU BRIGHTSTAR.
