We hired Comfort Keepers to care for my elderly mother and gave them a deposit. They were fired after one week due to the caregiver never being on time. The deposit was to cover the last 2 weeks of service. They were paid in full for the week they were used. They have refused to return the $1800 deposit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They are also very rude. I have noticed another review with the exact complaint. I wish I had seen it prior to hiring them. Don’t make our mistake.
Family members recently moved to this area and some health concerns necessitated extra care. Comfort Keepers was terrific!! They were flexible, accommodated the short notice need, and the on-going care services. The management team was professional and compassionate. The caregivers were skilled, patient, and responsive to feedback. The whole experience was excellent.
Comfort Keeper's Caregivers are wonderful! Their kindness and patience to care for loved ones is truly special. I've experienced three different companies the past few years and the personal touch they have to match personalities and meet special needs was a great fit for me!
In my experience,this Comfort Keepers cares more about money than caring for the elderly. Sad state of affairs. The elderly deserve dignity, respect and good care. JS. My advice is to do surprise visits while the caregiver is with your loved one to make sure they are receiving the care they deserve.
Hired this company to care for my elderly mother, from the beginning the problems we experienced from unprofessional care workers to management, we decided to go in another direction. We gave a two weeks notice per there policy but they still kept our deposit. They did not even ask how we wanted to pay our last invoice, they just kept the deposit. It appeared they were upset we discontinued the service. Untrustworthy corrupt company. Do not waste your time......
