Virginia and her crew impressed me immediately with their very professional and caring approach to providing appropriate services for my 95 year old mother following her hip fracture. Their communication has been excellent, and I like the fact that they have a case management approach to their clients, meeting as a group at least once a week to share impressions, make suggestions and to propose plans. My mother liked them so much that even when they suggested she might not need them any longer, she objected and wanted them to stay another month.

The aide arrived just a little late for a scheduled 3 hour block of time in which patient snd primary caregiver were led to believe by the agency they could assist with small tasks to provide respite. When asked to assist with some trash cleanup, he refused and said he only helps patients with toileting and showering and that he could call "the girls" to do that as only 20% of their time can be devoted to tasks such as that. If I'm not mistaken, 20% of 3 hours is 36 minutes. Truly disgusting and lazy behavior from a guy who smelled like he hadn't showered himself in days, let alone a patient. Central coast senior services PLEASE SCREEN your emoployees better.

I needed transport for my mom who's 102 yr...to an eye doctor in Monterey...than wait for about an hour, till her exam was over, and than...returned her to her home.. The office personnel were very courteous, and thorough. The driver showed up on time, and all in all....this was a great experience for both myself [as I live in another state], and my mom. Their price structure was very reasonable, and should the need arise again, I will definitely use their services!!

My friend was a resident at Casa Carmel at the Hacienda Carmel which is administered by Central Coast Senior Services. I have nothing but praise for both the staff and the administration. They are professional and compassionate. The facility is clean, attractive and welcoming and the staff is well-trained and attentive to their clients. I couldn't be more pleased with the care that my dear friend received.

May I just say they are AMAZING! Monique was loaded with information, suggestions, had answers to my questions and many helpful hints. She was AWESOME!
